場景是師大美術系的設計理論第一堂課,老師用 IPad 投影教學,學生在雲端系統上直接發問、互動、找資料,一場雲端科技革命教學正默默地掀起一波學習創新的浪潮。

 

台灣學生太習慣填鴨式教育,但藝術美學是活的,存在你我生活中,如果課程僵化,教法缺乏啟發,實在令人扼腕。」師大美術系教授林達隆老師強調,台灣缺乏賈伯斯這種創新顛覆的人才,所以林教授更堅持透過具邏輯性、累積性、方便性及互動性的教學方式,期待培育出更多有想法之文創人才。

 

「接觸到叡揚 VIdegree 這雲端服務,開啟了這趟不可思議的奇緣!」林教授感性地說,多年來,他一直苦思如何有一套更好的教學方式,「大學授課不應再跟國高中一樣,用制式的課本、考題、相同的答案,在美學藝術方面,更應強調創意激發、多思考、多實務。」知識太浩瀚,也應要讓學生勝於藍,我要做的是教他們釣魚,而不是傻傻地啃課本,林教授非常興奮地說,他把雲端 CRM 的 VIdegree 很有創意地用來跟學生互動、課程管理、留下學生的學習歷程,得到想像不到的效果,這過程本身就是最好的創意典範。

 

在 VIdegree 軟體上,老師是管理者,學生註冊就進來使用。老師依照主題貼上學生的姓名標籤,「對老師來說,可以很清楚分類管理學生負責的主題,學生也可以透過這平台來互動作業。」林教授解釋,學生可以盡情地上傳所蒐集的資料、創作作業、互動留言討論,老師也可以適時檢視回覆意見,指導方向。只要點選標籤,所想要搜尋的資料都會出現。」Really Awesome!林教授說。

 

此外,學生可也以依周、主題來看老師的上課內容,甚至可以自行補充資料上傳雲端,一來一往的師生互動,學生也樂於線上發言討論。「不然傳統式上課,通常問有沒有問題,台下通常都鴉雀無聲」他淡淡地說。

 

這系統對於碩博士生更是福音,「沒那麼多時間,不是老師找不到學生,就是學生找不到老師。」林教授強調,教學過程很重要,透過 VIdegree 無時無刻就可以指導(學生半夜留言,老師還是可以知道,並且回覆留下學習軌跡,比 email 來來往往、不知道哪一封才是最終版好太多了);學生透過老師連續性的指導在研究初期就把方向搞對,節省很多來回討論的時間,這次的新嘗試帶來了全新體驗及收獲。

In discussing how he uses VIdegree, Qiu shares that he makes the most use of the tagging and customer memo features. First, the tagging feature is used to define product type, then once a customer selects their mattress, the system is then able to send them emails, newsletters, or text messages using personalized script. After-sale service includes the continuing maintenance and care for all mattresses sold, and make customers feel welcome in our store at any time. Second, through VIdegree's customer memo feature, Qiu is able to clearly records the purchasing history of each customer along with their maintenance service details. Used in conjunction with the caller-ID function, basic information on a customer is automatically displayed on-screen when customers call-in to the store, making the service provided much more immediate! Qiu further explains, "VIdegree is not only a practical tool, it can also be used for customer analysis. Joy Dream Mattress uses "potential customer" and "current customer" tags as different categories. VIdegree's built-in customer demographic analysis feature can then be used to calculate sales-success rates. You can even add an additional parameter for analysis such as 'area,' to perform cross-analysis and comparison. This allows for the adjusting of our product line accordingly. Aside from increase our customer service quality, VIdegree has also helped automate the sending of messages and delivery of goods notices. Customer shipping information is automatically sent to our partnered suppliers and also the delivery driver, simplifying the amount of work we need to perform behind the curtains.
