Insight Analytics customized report maintenance fee Example: Customer subscribe Vital CRM + Insight on January for 1 year and add Insight Customized Report on April costing $100. The maintenance fee calculated as follows
$100 x 0.25 x 9/12 months = $18.75/year
The following annual maintence fee will be
$100 x 0.25 = $25/year per year 25% of customized report services
Insight Analytics Technical Service - If there are any issues of Insight Analytics report, GSS technitian provides issue fixing services
- Quotatoin will be provided when GSS technitian confirmed that the issues caused by costomer's data.
- The services will be free of charge if the issue caused by bugs of Insight Analytics. 3hrs 330.00
